Previewing the future of transportation, the first complete Monorail System in the United States carries guests over the Autopia, freeway of the future, and around the Disneyland Matterhorn Mountain.  Climbing steep grades and racing around sharp curves the Disneyland-Alweg Monorail trains run over a "concrete highway in the sky."

A Disney landmark, the "Snow-capped" Matterhorn Mountain towers majestically over all of the Magic Kingdom.  High-spped bobsled runs carry guests down its slopes and through a Glacier Grotto inside the mountain.

Also featured on the card is the Disney monorail and Submarine.

Sleek monorail trains pass directly through the Contemporary Resort's colorful Grand Canyon Concourse.  Towering above the concourse is a nine story ceramic mural "cliff" of more than 18,000 individual tile pieces.  Guest rooms are set high in the sloping walls overlooking the dining, shopping and other activities below.
