Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End is a 2007 movie, the third one in the Pirates of the Caribbean series. The plot follows Will Turner, Elizabeth Swann, and the crew of the Black Pearl rescuing Captain Jack Sparrow, from Davy Jones's Locker, and then preparing to fight the East India Trading Company who plan to extinguish piracy.

Disney Cruise Line at Castaway Cay with The Flying Dutchman

The ship is the Flying Dutchman used in The Pirates of the Caribbean.  It is docked on Disney's private island for their cruise ships.  You can see it from a short distance, but no one is allowed to get close enough to even have a chance of touching it or seeing the inside.
